All in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days (Monday–Thursday).
Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking info straight to your inbox so you can follow your package every step of the way.
⏳ Pre-Orders + Made To Order
When you see Pre-Order next to your size or item, that means your piece is currently in production and can take 4-8 weeks so check the dates before ordering. Made to order takes 14-20 business days.
Each pre-order helps us reduce waste, stay sustainable, and make sure tall girls everywhere get what actually fits.
Estimated ship windows for pre-orders will always be shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
Shipping timelines exclude weekends and holidays. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or major U.S. holidays.
For domestic shipping, most orders will arrive within 5-10 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary by country and range from 10-20+ days.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with carrier tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers can be used to follow the status of your delivery.
We currently ship to all addresses in the U.S., U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and select international countries. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and fees for international orders.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED ORDERS
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
