Internships at WEXIST offer ambitious learners exposure to the entire lifecycle of a vertically integrated DTC fashion label - from design and production to marketing, e-commerce and operations.

We seek driven, creative individuals who want to make an impact on our growing brand. As an intern, you’ll work directly with department teams on meaningful projects that provide hands-on learning and development.

Current Internship Openings:

Design Internship:  assist our design team with the creation of sketches, moodboards, fabric swatches, and tech packs for new fashion collections. Contribute ideas, shoot product images, and gain exposure to technical design.

E-commerce & Marketing Internship Manage our social channels, create email campaigns, analyze data, event planning, identify new opportunities to connect with customers/partners, and elevate our brand.

Operations Internship Help process orders, manage inventory, check the quality of finished products, and ensure smooth operations across our supply chain and fulfillment.

All internships are unpaid and offered during the summer and fall semesters. We provide interns with hands-on experience, mentoring, and the opportunity to build their resume and portfolio.

We match interns with projects based on their interests, skills, and learning goals. Upon completing the program, interns gain real-world skills in their chosen department as well as references for future job opportunities.
