We get it, girl—shopping online can be tricky. That’s why we’ve got you covered. Here’s how we handle returns & exchanges so you always feel confident shopping with WEXIST. PRE-ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE & EXCHANGE ONLY

Exchanges (FREE in the U.S. FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS ONLY *)

  • Need a different size, inseam, or color? No problem.

  • We’ll cover shipping one way on your first exchange.

  • If your size is sold out, you’ll get store credit so you can grab something else tall-girl approved.

Returns for Refund

  • Changed your mind? No stress—we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method, minus a $10.95 restock fee (for shipping & handling).

Store Credit

  • Don’t want the fee? Choose store credit instead.

  • Credit is sent as soon as your return is processed & never expires.

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance, custom inseam, or one-time launch pieces are final sale. (No returns or exchanges—so snag them while you can!)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If something shows up wrong or damaged, hit us up within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right, on us.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping.
